Apple Releases iTunes Content Infringement / Copyright Claims Tools
After wining pattern spat against Samsung, Apple seems to be quite serious with increasing cases of copyright and content infringement found in iTunes and so, Apple has launched new iTunes Content Dispute tool to cut down the numbers of copycat cases at App Store. This app copyright claim tool will allow iPhone app and web developers to easily file copycat claims with contact and app infringements details. Both the petitioner and developer can sit together and plan a joint solution to the claim or can contact App Store legal team for interaction. Well, this tool will prove to be a blessing in the expanding ground of iPhone apps development.
